  • Jump to the official website of Norwegian Airlines.
  • Click the ‘Change your booking’ option under the Manage Booking section at the bottom. 
  • Specify your booking reference and surname to retrieve your booking. 
  • Click the cancel option and also tick the ‘Refund’ checkbox. 
  • A refund form will open. Complete it by entering all the correct details and then submit it. 
  • Norwegian Airlines will send you a confirmation on your registered email ID.

If you cannot submit a refund request online, you can always call customer service and seek assistance. After calling the number, you will hear the given IVR options. 

  • Press 1 to make or cancel a reservation. 
  • Press 2 to get refund information. 
  • Press 3 for inquiries related to check-in.

  • Press 5 to hear the menu again.
